A drawing in PDF, DXF or CAD format is best. If you have no drawing, send the worn gear and its mating pinion, or the details you can measure: number of teeth, outside diameter, face width, bore, hand of spiral, shaft angle and mounting distance. The material or the duty, the quantity, any heat treatment or hardness requirement, the machine the gear goes in, and where it must be delivered.
